Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These terms cover your use of the masa website and services. masa is a service of Sipful LLC ("masa," "we," "us"). By using the site or hiring us, you agree to them.
What masa does
We build and run done-for-you websites and content for creators and small businesses — offered as monthly plans or one-time builds. Specifics of any engagement are what we agree with you directly; these terms are the baseline.
Billing
- Plans are billed monthly through Stripe. They're month-to-month — cancel anytime, effective at the end of your current billing period.
- One-time builds are typically a 50% deposit to start and 50% at delivery, via Stripe invoice.
- Changing plans. Move up whenever you want — it takes effect right away, and the unused part of the month you've already paid for is credited toward your new plan, so nothing you've paid goes to waste. Moving down takes effect at the start of your next billing period, so you keep everything you're paying for until then. Either way, we'll tell you the exact amount and your next renewal date before anything changes.
- You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the plan or invoice you sign up for.
Our promise
- No lock-in. Month-to-month, and you own your site, domain, and data — leave whenever you want.
- Built until it's right. We refine your v1 until you're happy with it.
- Money-back backstop (one-time builds). If, after we've worked through revisions together, you're still not happy with the build, your deposit is refundable — minus a small discovery fee (disclosed up front) that covers setup and work already done. To use it, tell us in writing within 14 days of your v1 walkthrough, with what's not working. This is scoped to build satisfaction only — not any business result, revenue, or leads, which depend on factors outside our control. A refunded build is not transferred to you (ownership passes on final payment). On monthly plans there's no deposit to refund — your protection is that you're never locked in: cancel anytime, and you keep your site, domain, and data.
What you own
You own your site, your domain, and your data. masa retains the right to feature completed work in its portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy and rights to any content, logos, or materials you give us, and for using the services lawfully. We may pause or end an engagement for non-payment or misuse.
Text messages (SMS)
If you're a client and opt in during onboarding, masa (Sipful LLC) may send you service text messages — content confirmations, draft-ready notifications, and replies to your questions — and you can text content to us.
- Opt-out & help. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts; reply HELP for help. You can also email [email protected].
- Message frequency varies with your activity, and message and data rates may apply.
- Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- How we handle your mobile number is described in our Privacy Policy — we never share it or your opt-in data with third parties for marketing.
Limitation of liability
The services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sipful LLC's total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll post the new version here with an updated date. Continuing to use the services means you accept the changes.
