masa is a service of Sipful LLC ("masa," "we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We keep it plain because that's how we work.
What we collect
- What you give us. When you fill out our intake form or contact us: your name, email, what you do, your social handles, and anything you choose to tell us.
- Booking details. If you book a call, our scheduler (Cal.com) collects your name, email, and what you want to build.
- Payment info. If you become a client, payments run through Stripe. Stripe handles your card details directly — we never see or store your full card number.
- Mobile number (texts). If you're a client and opt in during onboarding, your mobile number — so you can text content to your masa number and receive service messages.
- Basic technical data. Standard server and log data your browser sends when loading the site.
How we use it
- To reply to you and understand what you need.
- To provide and run the services you hire us for.
- To bill you (via Stripe) if you're a client.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run masa, and only what they need: Web3Forms (form delivery), Stripe (payments), Cal.com (booking), Google (email + calendar), Twilio (text messaging), and n8n (workflow automation for intake). Each has its own privacy terms.
Text messages (SMS)
If you're a client and opt in during onboarding, you can text content to your masa number and we send you service messages — content confirmations, draft-ready notifications, and replies to your questions.
- We never share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in and consent data with any third party or affiliate for their marketing purposes. This information is not sold or shared for marketing under any circumstances. We use it only to run the texting service you opted into (delivered through Twilio).
- Message frequency varies with your activity — you'll generally only hear from us in reply to what you send, or when a draft is ready.
- Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your text or data plan.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts doesn't affect the rest of your service.
Your choices & rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to stop contacting you, at any time — just email us. Depending on where you live (e.g. California / CCPA, or the EU / GDPR), you may have additional rights, which we'll honor.
Cookies
The site uses only what's needed to function. If we add analytics later, we'll update this policy and add a cookie notice.
